Registration

Please select one of the following:

Short Seller - entity that holds a short position

Submitting Entity - entity that submits a short position report on behalf of a short seller

Registration as a Short Seller is required for all Short Sellers without an Australian Company Number (ACN), Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN) or SWIFT Bank Identifier Code (BIC).

Registration as a Submitting Entity is required for entities reporting short positions on behalf of one or more Short Sellers.

When submitting reports, a Submitting Entity is required to provide its own Submitting Entity ID in addition to an identifier for each Short Seller. Where a Submitting Entity is also a Short Seller, it is required to provide both a Submitting Entity ID and a Short Seller ID.
